Resolved! Worst customer service

I called CSR today and I never know that the US rates came up to $1 per call before it was 55cts.I asked to speak with the Manager but the CSR never transferred me and she did nothing to help me.

Resolved! ID's refused

I renewed my contract over the phone and the next day I went to pick up the phone at a Fido location... to which they needed an ID... I gave my medicare card and SIN card... which are the top government provincial IDs... accepted in any and every off...
